We start by having you fill out a questionairre to get an understanding of what services you are interested in.

We then craft a plan based off  your specific vacation needs.

  • Grocery and non-food shopping at multiple stores to get each specific item on your list, delivered pre-arrival.

  • Create themed decorations packages for bachelorette/bachelor parties, milestone birthdays, and any custom theme you can dream of. 

  • Coordinate with clients and the vacation rental owner as needed for any pre-arrival services.

  • Itinerary creation: 1-3 day itineraries for parties of 4-20+, this includes multiple activities and restaurant reservations.

Grocery/Non-Grocery Delivery - Pre-Arrival
 
  • 15-30 minute introduction video phone call.
  • All shopping items purchased and stocked before arrival
  • No cost mark-up on items
  • Service/Delivery cost is based on number of items and stores required. 
  • Estimate will be given after intro call.
Decorated Accomodations - Pre-Arrival
 
  • 15-30 minute introduction video phone call.
  • E-mail or text exchanges to confirm theme and details
  • Additional phone or video call as needed
  • Cost is based on theme, size of area being decorated, number of rooms, and number of guests.
  • Estimate will be given after intro call.
Itinerary Creation
 
  • 30 minute introduction video phone call.
  • E-mail or text exchanges to confirm choices and details
  • Additional phone or video call as needed.
  • Cost is based on number of activities, reservations, and amount of concierge time required. Estimate will be given after intro call.
Custom Concierge Services
 
  • 30 minute introduction video phone call.
  • Let us know what you need, this can be a single service or multiple services packaged together.
  • Cost based on concierge time required and services.
